Itinerary

Day 1Arrival – Jammu to Pahalgam

Distance & Time: 300 kms, approx. 7.5 hrs drive
Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station, you will meet our representative/driver, who will transfer you to Pahalgam. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 2Pahalgam to Srinagar

Distance & Time: 98 kms, approx. 2-3 hrs drive
After breakfast, visit Mini Switzerland by pony and ABC Valley by local taxi (on your own). In the afternoon, proceed to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3Srinagar to Sonamarg (Day Trip) & Return to Srinagar

Distance & Time: 84 kms, approx. 2-3 hrs drive
After breakfast, enjoy a day trip to Sonamarg, situated at an altitude of 2730 meters. Ponies can be hired to visit Thajiwas Glacier (self-expense). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4Srinagar to Gulmarg (Day Trip) & Return to Srinagar

Distance & Time: 60 kms, approx. 2.25 hrs drive
After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, famous for its scenic beauty and skiing. Activities like cable car rides (optional), trekking, horse riding, and ATV rides are available. Return to Srinagar and stay overnight in a houseboat.

Day 5Srinagar to Jammu – Departure

Distance & Time: 300 kms, approx. 7.75 hrs drive
After breakfast, proceed to Jammu Railway Station for departure with fond memories of your trip.

Package Exclusions:
  • Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone, etc.
  • Entrance fees for gardens (approx. INR 20-50 per person)
  • Pony rides in Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonamarg
  • Cable car rides in Gulmarg (Phase I & II)
  • Trips to Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, and Aru in Pahalgam (local taxi required)
  • Snow jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg (if required)
Important Notes:
  • Passengers must report 2 hours prior to departure due to security checks at the airport.
  • We reserve the right to shuffle your itinerary based on hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Hotel names listed are indicative and subject to availability. If unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar category will be arranged.
  • No vehicle is allowed inside Jammu railway station/airport, so the driver will coordinate with you outside.
  • Local taxis are required for visits to Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam.
  • The cab will remain with you throughout the tour. Please adhere to the timings provided in the itinerary to avoid missing any services.
  • Complaints regarding hotels or their services must be addressed immediately; they will not be entertained after checkout.
Booking Procedure:
  • For hotel booking, a INR 5,000 deposit is required as a booking token.
  • 25% of the hotel cost is due within 2-3 days, and the remaining 75% must be cleared 1 month prior to travel.
  • For air tickets, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days before travel: 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel: 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel: 75% of the tour cost
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% of the tour cost, no refund
