BOOKING PROCEDURE:

  • Hotel Booking:
    Initial deposit of ₹25,000 to lock the price and process the booking.
    25% of the hotel cost to be cleared within 2-3 days.
    Remaining 75% must be cleared one month prior to travel via NEFT/Cash Deposit.

  • Air Tickets:
    Full payment is required via NEFT/Cash Transfer, after which tickets will be booked and forwarded to you. Passport copies are required for booking

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • From Booking Date to 30 Days: 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • 30 to 15 Days: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • 15 to 7 Days: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 Days: No refund, total amount will be forfeited.
  • No Show: Total amount will be forfeited.
