Payment Policy:
  • A 40% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • Final payment is due 21 days before travel.
  • We reserve the right to release seats if full payment is not received by the due date, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
Booking Procedure:
  • For hotel bookings, a deposit of INR 5,000 is required as a booking token to lock the price and proceed with your booking.
  • You must clear 25% of the hotel cost within 2-3 days, and the remaining 75% should be paid 1 month prior to your travel date via NEFT/Cash Deposit.
  • For air tickets, full payment is required via NEFT/Cash Transfer, and tickets will be forwarded to you upon booking.
  • Visa On Arrival (VOA): IDR 500,000 per person, payable directly at the airport to immigration.
Payment Schedule:
  • 25% at the time of booking confirmation
  • 25% one month before the travel date
  • 50% 15 days before the travel date
Cancellation Policy:
  • From booking date to 30 days prior: 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days prior: 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days prior: 75% of the tour cost
  • Less than 7 days or No-show: Total amount forfeited, no refund
